Website application, screening & referral
Have you found a suitable vacancy or would you like to send us a unsolicited application? Then we look forward to receiving your application via our careers portal. Once we receive your application, we will review it and forward it to the responsible department. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited for an initial interview.

First interview: First meeting – getting to know each other
The first interview is usually held virtually via Microsoft Teams. The team head of the relevant department and a member of the People & Development team look forward to meeting you and giving you the opportunity to find out more about the role.
The application process for students and interns is usually completed after the first round of interviews.

Second interview: Professional focus – getting to know the team
In a second round, you will meet other colleagues for a professional and personal exchange. We look forward to welcoming you to Westhafen Tower.

Third interview: Getting to know the management and the head of People & Development
Our flat hierarchies allow us to work closely together at all levels. That’s why the relevant member of the Management Board and the head of the People & Development team look forward to meeting you personally and answering any final questions you may have.

At the end of the interview rounds, we will share information internally. We will then be happy to give you detailed feedback and discuss the next steps.

Dispatch and contract signing – your start at Quoniam
Once all the formalities have been clarified and both parties have decided in favour of working together, you will receive your contract documents by e-mail to sign. We will stay in regular contact, send you further information for your start and look forward to working with you!
